Upon entering the glass doors to the spa, the focal point is the reception desk but thoughtfully designed retail cases line the entry.

Open seating arrangements invite residents to make themselves at home while encouraging them to commune with others.

A casual family friendly poolside café transformed into an upscale 19th Hole Grille Room with a full bar.

The existing family friendly poolside grille room was reimagined to an upscale 19th Hole dining and gathering bar experience, desired by club membership who now use the space for cocktails and gathering bar camaraderie.

A new pool side bar pavilion was added along with surrounding dining on the existing pool deck. This created a brand-new experience for the club, a casual outdoor bar and pool side dining venue with optimal views of the golf course. A twenty-two-seat covered bar is a prime location to gather after golf, meet friends and sip cocktails.

Elevation from the street. New construction that very much looks older. Soft pink paint on stucco and whitewashed pesky cypress are used to echo classic Carribean and Old Florida Themes.

We added interest to this pathway by breaking down the circulation system which begins by giving proportion and interest to the entry way through the design of the wall paneling and lighting system. Path direction is emphasized by the reclaimed wood floor layout. The white curved walls and dome ceiling fixture that make up the vestibule articulate the transition between the entry way and the living space. At the end of the path guests are welcomed by the dining area which becomes the focal point of this circulation system.

Dining Room

One of the most transformative interventions was the inception of the Ethereal Bar—an architectural gesture that transcended mere functionality. This meticulously designed bar became the focal point, a bridge between the external beauty and the interior opulence. Crafted as a custom design piece, the bar not only serves as a gathering place but also frames the bay view like an exquisite painting, casting a spell that enchants all who enter.

The typical workstations shown provide employees with a comfortable and flexible environment that promotes productivity and creativity. Layered window shades help filter light to reduce glare while creating pops of color.
