Interior Design Higher Education Student Scholarship

The ASID FS Interior Design Higher Education Student Scholarship recognizes creative, academic, and personal accomplishments among Florida undergraduate and graduate students studying interior design. The scholarship will award $2,000.00 grant for 1st Place, $1,500 for 2nd Place, $1,000 for 3rd Place and $500 for Honorable Mention to students who have been accepted or are enrolled full-time in an accredited Associate, Baccalaureate or Masters Interior Design program within the state of Florida and/or an accredited on-line Associate, Baccalaureate or Masters Interior Design program within the United States or Canada.

The ASID FS Member Academic Scholarship recognizes excellence in extracurricular interior design academic accomplishments by chapter members. The scholarship will award a $2,000.00 grant to non-matriculating ASID chapter members who have completed and passed Interior Design related coursework* in an accredited Associate or Baccalaureate level Interior Design program within the state of Florida and/or an accredited on-line Associate or Baccalaureate level Interior Design program within the United States or Canada.* the equivalent of 6 semester hours
Member Professional Development Grant - Council for Interior Design Qualification - NCIDQ

The NCIDQ Certification Professional Development Grant recognizes outstanding achievements in interior design continuing education by chapter members. The grant will award up to five (5) $2,000.00 grants to randomly selected ASID FS members who have completed and successfully passed all three (3) qualifying sections of the National Council for Interior Design Qualification exam.
Member Professional Development Grant - Green Building Council - LEED Green Assoc, LEED AP

The LEED Accreditation Professional Development Grant recognizes outstanding achievements in interior design continuing education by chapter members. The grant will award a $2,000.00 grant to ASID FS members who have completed and passed either the LEED Green Associate exam or the LEED Accredited Professional (AP) exam.

Member Professional Development Grant - National Association of Home Builders - CAPS

The ASID FS National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) Certified Aging in Place Specialists (CAPS) certificate grant recognize outstanding achievements in interior design continuing education by chapter members. The grant will award a $1,000.00 grant to randomly selected ASID FS members who have completed and passed the 3-part CAPS certificate exam and have met all NAHB procedural requirements for CAPS designation.

The National Kitchen & Bath Association Certified Kitchen & Bath Designer (CKBD) and Certified Master Kitchen & Bath Designer (CMKBD) grants recognize outstanding achievements in interior design continuing education by chapter members. The grant will award a $1,000.00 grant to randomly selected FS members who have completed and passed the CKBD certification exam or have satisfactorily met all NKBA requirements for CMKBD certification.
